Amenities
Arena is ADA compliant and is equipped with
accessible seating and assistive listening devices are available for the
hearing-impaired
18 ticket windows including main box office at
arena entrance; four additional ticket windows located in rear, northeast corner
at Entrance 1 of Cardinal Stadium
Arena floor is 39,000 square feet (136 feet by
310 feet) with all portable seats retracted
A concrete floor with a load of 500 lbs. per
square foot is fitted with an 85 foot by 200 foot hockey rink that is covered
for other events
Horse show ring is 117 feet by 290 feet
Ceiling height from floor to steel is 71 feet -
at its highest position, the distance from floor to bottom of scoreboard in
center of house is 54 feet
Load-bearing steel trusses spanning the width of
the arena are 42 feet apart. The structural supports are 24 feet apart and span
the length of the arena.
Load limits are 2,000 lbs. per panel point -
typical dead load of 12,500 lbs. equally distributed
Backstage load-in area under roof with secured
parking for artist buses, trucks, and VIP/production. Truck parking is adjacent
to arena.
Load-in overhead doors are 12' 3' high by 20' 8"
wide (C-1) and 12' high by 8' wide (C-2) with a concrete loading ramp to arena
floor. In basketball/hockey mode, the load-in tunnel is 8' 6" wide by 7' 11"
high. For end stage set-up, the distance from the back of the stage to load-in
door is 132 feet.
Arena has multiple-speaker cluster sound system
with computer-controlled delay distribution equipped with Clear-Com
communications system and two-way headsets (Outdoor sound system available for
crowd communication)
Center-hung video wall/scoreboard is a
four-sided, multi-image video cube that offers spectators a 9 foot by 12 foot
piece of the action. System also includes six auxiliary message boards and
closed-circuit TV monitors throughout concourses and private suites.
Arena is equipped with dimmable quartz lighting and metal
halides with 275 foot-candles at floor level. Halides can be set in
various configurations
Four Xenon Supertroupers are permanently mounted
in front of house.
Four Carbon Supertroupers are also available Completely climate-controlled with a
high-powered smoke exhaust system
Escalator available from main level concourse to
arena floor
Three elevators available: one each off east and
west concourses from main level to second level; one backstage with access to
arena floor, main level, and to second level
Six office suites off the main level concourse
are available for use by lessee (Suites A-2, A-3, A-4, V-1, V-2, V-3)
24 private suites off the main level concourse -
leased annually, access to these suites requires purchase of event tickets

Locker/Dressing Rooms (Main Level)
Four "star" dressing rooms which share two
shower and restroom facilities. Rooms average 130 square feet and are fully
carpeted with electrical and phone capabilities and permanent countertops.
Suitable for production and/or media offices.
Four team locker rooms (two on each side of
load-in ramp) each carpeted and furnished with restroom and shower facilities.
The largest room is typically used as the headlining artist's dressing room. All
rooms have direct access to arena floor via tunnel.
"Official's" dressing room available with shower
and restroom facilities and also has direct access to arena floor via tunnel
Large carpeted media room located directly
backstage with electrical and phone capabilities and permanent counters around
perimeter of room. Also doubles as backstage catering room - no kitchen
available but water closet is nearby

All rooms are climate-controlled and equipped with house sound system
