Because we promote and publicize our own shows and facilities throughout the year, we can suggest the best rates, times, and other important information in your search for local media sources.
Furthermore, with our connections to large media enterprises, such as The Courier Journal (Louisville's large daily newspaper), we can direct you to specific reporters and editors who will be the most interested in your event. Our sound working relationships with the media will provide you with the type of media coverage you desire to make your event a success.
Press Releases
In addition to our media resources, we also offer support through creating and distributing press releases and media advisories on your event. The local news market covers a population of over one million people, not to mention the statewide daily newspapers. The distribution of our press releases and media advisories to our media fax list of over 100 media outlets across the state of Kentucky will help you reach twice as many people in promoting your event.
Photos and Logos
The image conveyed through advertising and promotion remains a crucial aspect of successfully delivering your message to your audience. We encourage you to provide us with logos and photos of your event so that we may echo your message in the event information we provide to the public.
