To photograph or video ticketed events, media must call the Media & Public Relations Department before arrival.  Those members of the media need to give us their time of arrival and we will arrange for someone to meet them at the front desk. 

Entry into any of the buildings at times other than normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) should be cleared through the Media & Public Relations Department. 

We are able to supply photos upon request. 

Sorry, we do not provide any designated press parking. 

Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The Media & Public Relations Department is located in the Administrative Offices on the west side of Freedom Hall.
